Terms and Conditions.

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of transportation services provided by RF2 Premium Transportation, LLC, a Maryland limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a ride with us, you (“Client,” “Passenger,” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

2. Definitions

  • Service: Private transportation in our black SUV, including pre-scheduled rides and event transport.

  • Client/Passenger: The individual booking or riding in the vehicle.

3. Scope of Service

We provide private, pre-booked rides for individuals or groups within National Capital Region (DC, MD, and VA). Services may include airport transfers, event transportation, business travel, and other agreed-upon trips.

4. Booking Process

All rides must be scheduled in advance via our website, phone, or email. Bookings are confirmed once payment or deposit is received.

5. Payment Terms

  • We accept Square Up, Visa, Mastercard (client will incur an additional 3% charge for credit card fees), Zelle, and CashApp.

  • Payment is due upon booking unless otherwise agreed.

  • Pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

7. Client Responsibilities

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.

  • No smoking, illegal substances, or disruptive behavior.

  • The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle by them or their party.

8. Company Responsibilities

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and fully insured vehicle.

  • Employ safe driving practices and comply with all traffic laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, mechanical failure, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for lost or forgotten items.

10. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. Any disputes will first be resolved through mediation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.

11. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website.
