Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Effective Date: August 10, 2025
1. Cancellations by the Client
Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time: No cancellation fee.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time: A fee of $25.00 will apply.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time: A fee of $50.00 will apply.
2. No-Shows
If the passenger is not present at the pickup location within 15 minutes of the scheduled time (without prior notice), the ride will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.
3. Refunds
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Company-Initiated Cancellations
In the rare event that RF2 Premium Transportation, LLC must cancel a booking (e.g., due to severe weather, vehicle issues, or driver unavailability), the Client will receive a full refund.
